Due to the custom and intellectual nature of our digital services (Design & Dev), refunds are handled with strict elite protocols.
Refund requests are only entertained if the project has not yet reached the "Design Approval" milestone.
Domain registrations, hosting fees, and any third-party premium assets purchased for your project are strictly non-refundable.
Clients can "Exchange" a service for another of equal value (e.g., swapping SEO for Social Media Design) if the work hasn't started.
A full refund (minus 5% transaction fee) is available if you cancel within 24 hours of booking any investment plan.
If a project is cancelled mid-way, we offer a partial refund proportional to the work remaining as per elite hub standards.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
If a client is unsatisfied, we offer unlimited revisions (within plan limits) before considering a refund request.
A standard 15% administrative and setup fee is deducted from all eligible refund amounts.
International transaction fees or currency conversion losses are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by global internet outages, server host crashes, or natural disasters.
